PCM Calibration

I'm trying to update my pickup after I have had some work at the dealership done. my intune keeps saying PCM needs to be calibrated. I run the auto update and nothing happens. any suggestions?

did you put the stock tune back in the truck before going to the dealer?

No I wasn't able to.

you'll need to fax or email proof of the dealer flash to us then call with the tool powered up so we can reset it for you.
