can't update

can't update

Hello, I bought the I-dcx-1000 and when I plug in the truck tells me to be updated. When I try to update I get the 68165982AA mistake and tells me to contact technical support.
Can you help?

Same problem here with 68165982AA calid not supported ... help

Sorry, it's a trinity not a intune, just post here because i see a calibration like mine ... how i seek that file to post it ?

The truck was located in Argentina, but I am willing to do whatever you need, tests or something via mail or telephone to make it work. just let me know if you want to go that way.
