F150 2004 4.6 diablo t1000 p1000 and r/l bank too lean issue

87 octane tune worked great, now I get P1000: OBDII Monitor Testing Not Complete, and the 2 codes for bank. 1 & 2 running lean, after I installed spectre cold air induction.
I tried the airraid cai tune, the performance oem hp tune, and back to the 87 performance tune.
Not sure what to do next?

You may need a custom tune for that CAI, try the normal 87 tune and add 10% to the MAF curve setting.
