90mm maf lightning

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I feel I already know the answer but I've already been threw a motor so I wanna make sure. I have a 2000 lightning and I'm wanting to upgrade the maf to a 90mm. If I add the 90mm and use the pre loaded map will the truck run properly? The truck is currently stock but I ha e a predator and a 4# pulley on the shelf.
