Restoring factory OEM tune before going to the dealership?

I have an Intune I-1000. I have the 91 octane CAI tune on my car, it is a 2005 Chrysler 300C. I have also adjusted the fan settings for the 180 T-stat and also adjusted the tire size because I have aftermarket wheels on. I would like to take my car in to the dealership for some work to be done, so I would like to remove the canned tune and restore the stock tune to my car. If I "Restore Factory Tune", will that also reset my settings for the fan and my tire size or not? And if not, can I just leave them like that or should I restore those parameters as well? Can I just save this tune with these settings for my fan and tire size all together? Thanks for your replies.

yes, restoring sets it all back to stock, it is the best way to do it for a dealer visit.

Do I have to restore to factory setting if I don't take my truck to the dealers for service? I never got to the dealers for oil changes, I usually take it to a kwik kar for oil changes.

No need to worry about that as they can't/won't generally flash anything.
