Intune error exporting tune

Intune error exporting tune

I hooked the Intune up for the first time and I got an error message saying error exporting file. How do you fix this. It also would not update and when I went to fritter it told me this device is already registered.

When I first hooked the Intune up and it was backing up my stock tune, it did the same thing right after I put the diablosport tune. I'm still waiting on tech support to get back with me
