error updating and pcm calibration issue

when i plug intune and autorun intune updater , it check for updates then appears .... please contact us bla bla calibration ID:calibration id 68153764AE STATUS : error

i tried anyway to install to my Ford F350 08 6.4 Diesel then it said a pcm (not sure about these 3 letters) must be require an update......

here's the info file.

go to settings, advanced, clear all updates, then give it another shot. If you are still having issues, post a new info.xml file.

can you give me the exact error message the tool is giving you when you try to tune the vehicle? It would appear that your transmission was already tuned with another tuner, but the PCM (powertrain control module) is using some old factory software. It might be worth having the vehicle updated at the dealership.

ive updated and registered my intune system and intune says its up to date but when i connect it to my 2014 ram 1500 it says it needs an update for calibration id:68153795AE
ive cleared all my updates on my intune to see if i can somehow reset it and start over but it still says its up to date on computer and on truck it says it needs update please contact me as soon as possible as this is very fustrating thank you inadvance

Does anyone have a fix to this issue? I have the same problem.

go to settings/advanced/clear all updates, then try it again.

mine will turn on. can see the files on my pc. but that's it. haven't used it in over a year.

now says needs to be registered before it can update.
