Intune Dead?

I bought my Intune brand new from modern performance about acouple years back when i had my last i wanna cwork on my project moods and installed it and worked fine, uninstalled and parked the car, bought a house and nnow that i got some time to get it going the thing doesnt wanna work. When i plug it in it just loads like 10% and stops, same thing on the computer and then it started flashing white. The autoupdate isnt launching and car or PC dont see it. Can you help? please.

it wont boot to the main menu?
If thats the case please fill out the return form on our site under support and get it sent in for a fix.

nope sadly it just sits there, sad day right. I never really even got to use it, now i cant and my buddy with his subie and cobb tuner thinks he is fast.. Since its literaly brand new will it still cost me the $100 fee?

well, its out of warranty is seems, but send a copy of the receipt and if it is a simple fix they may just charge shipping.

Dang it kinda sucks to have spent so much $ to have to pay for shipping back and $99 fee to get it going again. That's quite an investment for the hassle, is there anything we can do to get me up and going quicker or at least for my troubles and inconvenience I'm dealing with. Can I upgrade to trinity possibly?
