Adding 62mm throttle body

My Mustang GT 4.6l is stock except for a C&L 95mm CAI and a Predator 95mm CAI tune.
I'm running 93 Premium fuel.
I'm thinking about adding a 62mm throttle body, but have 3 questions...

1. Will I get any noticeable gains from the slightly larger throttle body?

2. Will I need to get a custom tune because of the larger throttle body?

3. Is any brand better... SR, BBK, or Ford Racing?
