I just installed a tune on my truck the other night and the ABS light started flashing after I tried to adjust the tire size. I dealt with Garrett today from Tech. support. I've tried everything that he asked me to do and nothing different. My cruise control has also stopped working. I've tried unplugging both terminals on the battery, installing the original backup, & driving in reverse. He finally said to go to the dealer and have them re flash the ECM. I thought cool, that was easy! Until I called them and they want $150 after I just spent $600 for this Trinity! I've been reading these forums tonight and it seems that there have been issues with Chrysler vehicles and diablosport tunes for some time now with this ABS issue. Why is there no warning for Dodge owners to not change the tire size? Why is there still an option to do it? Why not just remove it from the tune all together? I've got the newest update.

Re: ABS light
how large are the tires?
the vehicle does not need a reflash, it needs an ABS reset. literally 10 minute job, any mechanic with a good snap on or advanced scan tool ought to be able to do it.

Garrett from your company is the one that told me that it needs to be flashed. I have 325x60x17

My big question is, why isn't there some type of warning to not set the tires if this is an on-going problem? And, even if it is just a 10 minute job, he's not going to do it for free!
Re: ABS light
I tried to go to 3 different places to get the ABS issue worked out and none of them were able to do it(all big named places)! I ended up going to Dodge because all 3 places said that was the only hope. It ended being that when I tried to adjust the tire size it threw off my gear ratio. The problem is fixed $65 dollars later after just spending $599 on the trinity. Good news it's fixed, bad news I'm willing to take a loss on a Trinity barely used. Make an offer. As far as I'm concerned Diablosport's customer service sucks! They left me hanging when I needed help. I'm going with a competitor's tuner now.
