Intune DCX white screen
I received the unit a couple of days ago and have been unable to use the tunes. I updated when I recieved it and went to program my car (Charger '13 v6, w/ CAI, and Exhaust). It backed up my PCM stock tune then I wanted to install the 93 tune ( yes i have 93 octane in the tank). It went through stage one fine, and then at stage two the screen goes white. I then have to unplug then plug back in. Now it is in recovery mode, and it restores the factory tune. I have attempted this 3 times and the same thing. I have contacted tech support and still waiting for a response. Anyone that is familiar with this please help. Thank you in advance.

So I've waited and still no response from tech support other than asking me if I hit the push start two times to make sure the car is in "run". Anyone have any advise on a fix? The device is updated, but when I go to write the tune the screen goes white. After unplugging and plugging back in, it goes into recovery mode.

If this keeps happening I would see if the retailer will swap it out, if not we'll replace it here.

Was there ever a solution found for this white screen I'm getting the same thing and I'm just wondering if I need to return it to the retailer

I ended up having to return it for another one.

thanks. I will try that. tech support had me send it back for testing and im just waiting to hear back from them.
