problem with dcx says vehicle not supported contact diablo

I have a 2011 dodge 3.6 charger.

I just purchased this tuner today this morning

I loaded the diablo tune in and did adjustments to timing, throttle boost and rev limits. the diablo tune is loaded
now tuner is saying vehicle not supported contact diablosport and no backups stored (but under tunes in H drive there is a backup and last tune written) and cannot put back to stock and under firmware says DCX Tune Db missing(c)?

I did do updates first and registered tuner updater said is updated

vehicle runs fine just cant access with tuner and you can tell the throttle boost is working
what happened?

do I try a force original backup to stock with the tuner or flash the pcm back to stock with my Chrysler witech scanner?
can we repair this problem?

never mind I figured the problem out and reloaded the DCX tune database i copied and pasted and I put my vehicle back to stock. then updated tuner again
tried to load back in diablo tune none of the preloaded tunes are there! they are listed but only tune available is modify stock tune. talked to my friend who is a (CMR tuner) he told me auto updater is kerfugled the updater is not downloading the updates all the preloaded tunes disappear.
