need help car will not start

So I started to load 91 tune and when it was done it said it fail to complete and put reboot the back up tune and it start to load and said failed and now the itune is in recover mode and now my car will not start can any one help thank you

what vehicle is it/

can you please give us a call with the tool powered up in the vehicle, and/or post the info file and anything from the intune drive here?
