Service AWD Message Pops up after 91 Octane Tune Install

I was drivning home from 7/11 this morning and all of a suudden I get a ding ding and a message pops up in the EVIC saying Service AWD and the Light for the Traction Control with the squiggly tire marks was lit. I pulled over and shut the car off and started it again and took off.. and it was in AWD.. .but then in about a 1/2 mile the same thing happens again. I pulled over and tried to push the Traction Control Button but nothing would happen. So I turn off the car, then restart it and off I go.. and sure enough... it happens again when I am just about home. No I had the picture of the car in the EVIC and when it came up with the message Service AWD the car was in RWD having dropped out of AWD. I have noticed when loading a tune with the Trinity I get a message Service AWD but the car is only on and the engine is not running.We had a lot of rain here today and it is 32 degrees out.
Unlike when you turn off the Traction Control with the Trinity and get the ABS, Traction Control LIght, and some other light, I am only getting the Traction control light when this problem is happeing. I figure I will see if it is doing it tomorrow when I go to get my blood draws at 1pm.
I can load the stock tune back in and see if it continues to act up. If it does then I guess I will have to take the car in to the Dealer. If it clears up the problem with the stock tune back in the car, I will then reload the 91 Octane tune and see what happens. This is the first time I have ever had this happen to me, the 91 Octane Tune has been in the car for about two weeks.
I would appreciate any thoughts you might have on the subject...

I have the awd as well with 91 tune works just fine that said try taking the tune off and see if it works. Also there is 2 awd fuse under the hood push on them to make sure there not loose and check if they are good.
