Back to stock and now I have check engine codes

Ok so I just went and did the back to stock on my car. After the download my car threw a bunch of check engine codes is this normal. I reset them but I'm a little worry. And next question if you disconnect your battery does the car loose the tune from The Trinity.

disconnecting the battery does not delete/erase the tune/programming.. think of how many dead vehicles there would be on the road if that happened every time someone had to replace a battery.. tunes/programming does not get erased from the pcm...

Okay so is it normal that my car throws that many codes by putting it back to stock

nope.. shouldn't be throwing any codes.. unless you have mods done that cause it, like headers, high-flow cats, or no cats, etc.. then yes, you will throw codes with stock tune...

but if you car is all stock, then no, you shouldn't be throwing any codes... unless there's an actual problem with the car somewhere...
