how to disable VVT within the ECM tune?

Dear Support,
This is not a standard mod but I need a clarification on this one.

Vehicle: 2012 Camaro SS with automatic tranny. Stock engine L99 has been converted to LS3. So now it is not VVT engine anymore.
ECM was not properly updated so it is still looking for VVT cam position actuator signal.
Is there any way to tell ECM (ECU) to not search for this signal, i.e. to disable the VVT part with Trinity T1000 tool?

This is not good actually. A chipper tools such as HP/STC programmers do have this feature..anyways I will be researching for the alternatives.

I am personally fine with custom tune solution if it will be working with Trinity tune files format
