Won't load tune please help

It will back up stock tune and reinstall but won't load a Diablo tune.

2014 dodge challenger rt 5.7. get a white screen

Both times I tried to load canned tune it would almost finish then I would get the white screen. It would just freeze. unplug and was able to reload stock tune. Thanks Jeff

Did anyone find a solution for this I am having the same exact issue when he gets through the second stage the screen goes white and at one point my vehicle was disabled I have a 2014 Dodge ram 5.7 hemi

does it reboot normally or go white every time?

it boots normally it just goes white while installing the tune. roughly around the stage 2 part
