PCM Calibration Error/Vehicle Not supported

Just got my new I1000 Intune a few days ago. Did my online update. Everything seemed to go just fine. First try at "Writing a Tune." I get the error message stating "This Vehicle Not Supported" and then "The PCM Calibration might need an update." I exit, re-update online and it says I am up to date, What am I missing here?

2008 Chrysler 300C w/ 5.7 Hemi.

click the check mark and follow the prompts to plug it into a pc and let it check for an update for the vehicle

That has been done. I still get the same exact error. The software says no update available.

force it to check for updates by going to the top menu, select UPDATES and click on CHECK NOW...

save this to the intune drive and let the tool import it then go load it to the car, then you may tune it.

Can you do this for me? I tried tuning my 2005 corvette and when I do I get the same "PCM calibration for vin might need an update" and the same for TCM. Please let me know asap. Heres my info file. I also emailed tech support. Thanks!

same thing it is saying vehicule not supported calibration id: 0509407AG satus error. I have 06 durango 4.7 liter engine

4.7 Durango support is 07+ unfortunately.

hello,

I just received my intune i2. I did the updates and then went to try to tune my 2007 Chrysler 300C 5.7L HEMI but I got the same error message that my vehicle is not supported. Can someone please help? I attached my info doc.

Ya know I had this error at first ' I had the key in acc. instead of ON. then it worked. but I plugged it into the port 1st before turning the key.
