Hi ,
I just got my intune DCX , i'm trying to update it but it freezes at the end when it restarts after downloading updates,
help anyone?

your tool is on a very old software version. it will take two full update cycles to get you on the most current software. Try saving the following:
Plug the tool into the computer, exit anything that may pop up. Go to the start menu on the computer, click on Computer. There will be a drive labeled “cdrom Diablosport” on the device. Right click and choose open. After it opens you will see a program labeled intune.exe. right click and choose run as administrator. The updater will open, and auto update.
