SRT4 Stg 2 DSP wont adjust boost...

I have only loaded the only tune that the 7134 populates in the DSP because of the factory Stage 2 ECU... Believe it was named "performance tune"... anyways, no matter what I do from the DSP, even adding 50% to the boost level... no change.

Is there another Stage 2 tune that I can DL and flash so I can adjust with my DSP?

Mods as follows:
Factory Stg 2 ECU (toys capable but not used)
Factory Stg 2 Wastegate
Stock Turbo
Crane 12's
Bumped compression w/ forged pistons
3" SNS Exhaust w/ muffler, NO cat.

With a MBC she likes 19lbs, holds 17+ so I'm looking to max at 20-21 (believe that's a safe max for the stock turbo?

And I would like to be able to limit down 1st & 2nd to maybe 6/7 & 11/12?

I'm guessing on the boost/gear #'s, running 245/40 so it hooks ok if I keep boost down, anyone ever limit 3rd gear boost, I don't think I want to.
