14 chal rt will not load stock tune locks up car wont start

2014 dodge challenger rt i tried to tune the mds out and it did not take the tune and when it loads the stock tune back it does not finish and locks up in tune mode and car will not start.

2014 dodge challenger rt 5.7 hemi

i have had it programed before but went back to stock.

i was going to tune it friday night and it wanted to write the vehichle. i could not take that much time so i stoped it. car ran fine.

saturday morning tuned it to stop mds and it fale the tune so it wanted to reload backup but fails for that to. and the car will not start. using the key fob and not the push butten. even tried disconecting the bat.
