predator will not tune truck after repair

took 2004 f350 6.0 in for repair and now predator will not install a tune. downloaded v.7r45 and tried again still won't install a tune. predator has sticker on back (ford 6.0) tuner info as follows. calid ARZ2AL00, VXBC9N8.HEX* , TQBF0NA.HEX*. Tuner was reset and org. tune installed in truck before it went in for repairs. Thanks for your help.

Your tool is U7160, which is outdated and has been superceded about 3.5 years ago by the U7165 part number.
The U7160 is out of memory due to the number of times we had to update it to keep up with Fords reflashes, so it cannot be updated to support your new flash.

We do now offer a hardware update for $99 + shipping that allows you to send the tool here, and we will replace the hardware with that from a U7165 and return it to you as a new tool, that will support 03-07 trucks rather than just 03-04 trucks.
