2015 Ecoboost 3.5 NEED HELP/DEAD PEDAL

Hi,

Just got my hands on the inTune from DiabloSport and so far it has been nothing but a nightmare.

We are experiencing the same issues as many other owners from this forum on our 2015 F150 3.5Ecoboost, the issue is that as soon as you run any of the tunes, the car only functions normally for about 10seconds and then goes to some safe mode and barely drives, has no power AT ALL. The only solution was to flash back the car to stock to get it to drive again.

This has been very frustrating, so far we had no reply from emailing the support of DiabloSport, which led us here to the forums, just to find out that this issue has been going on for more than a MONTH.

If I knew this from the beginning, I would not even purchase this headache of a device. Why was there no warning from DiabloSport that this model is anything but trouble to tune right now?

Main question is, when is the fix for this coming out? As it has been more than a month since reported issues with no fix in sight. I don't want to hold on to this inTune device for much longer, in case DiabloSport won't let me return it, and i will just ended up loosing money for nothing.

Please update on this situation, as clearly I'm not the only one here.

After waiting for a fix for 3 weeks i gave up and returned my InTune for credit on something else but did get another tuner that is working awesome and with custom tunes on it. When i did some research on who i would use for custom tuning for my second tuner i explained the problem i had with the InTune and was told by one i wish Diablosport would have had this figured out by now which means they have known about this problem for awhile but continue to sell them to this day not giving anybody a heads up, not good guys not good.

Didn't hear anything from diablosport, and as you can see they haven't even bothered to reply in my thread!! So far really disappointed with how they handle their customers.
