The i2 is faster to update, faster to tune, has more memory, supports multi licenses, and is broken into 3 part numbers for GM, Ford and Chrysler/Dodge.

I have a 2015 Tahoe 5.3 and a 2012 Dodge Charger police car.I want to be able to use one tuner for both cars. If i wanted to buy a tuner with an additional license, should I purchase the tuner for the GM product or the Dodge? Thanks, Tom

you will need to get the dodge tuner and then buy a chevy license.

Sounds good...I noticed that the Dodge tuners are less expensive than the GM one. My guess is the GM license costs more than a Dodge or Ford license

I'm looking to buy this tuner. I just want to double check something. If I have 2 GM vehicles, a 2009 Pontiac G* GT and a 2007 Tahoe, I will still need to buy an additional license correct?

yes, 2 different vehicles.. doesn't matter if they're both same brand or not.. need 2 licenses.. 1 license per vehicle.

I want to buy the i2, but I have one question. I have a 2010 Camaro SS and my wife has a 2014 Camaro SS, both 6 speeds. Do I have to purchase an additional license even though both cars are the same make and model?

yes.. the intune has 1 license on it so you can tune 1 car..

if you want to tune a 2nd car, you will need to purchase an additional license.

no.. the 2016 is not supported.. and the 1.4's are no longer supported anymore going forward..
