Ok Guys Looks Like I Got It After I Did A Disk Scan On The Tuner.

Please Don't Ask Me What That Is! It Just Said Scan Fix When I Connected It To The Computer Again So I Said Yes.

I wouldn't make a habit of allowing Windows to "fix" what it thinks is a removable disk. Glad it worked for you this time.

Maybe Mike or Lew has more info on whether or not to routinely allow the "fix".

Its still not working. I downloaded both of your attached files, copied them over one at a time, it did the install thing each time, said it was updated and rebooted each time. then i ran the updater utility itself, it updated and rebooted. plugged it into the car, still didnt show a TCM file.

thought maybe i needed to re-copy it to the tuner. when i tried that, it said already loaded. so i renamed the custom tune file, copied it over again, and it said it had been loaded. plug it into car, start selecting the tune, and when it gets to tcm screen, still nothing. Just displays firm shift, hard shift, skip control unit, or modify stock. arrows are grayed out and unusable. So it still wont load custom tune. why is there no way for me to see what has already been loaded onto here, and/or delete it? followed the directions exactly, still doesnt work.

I Was Going Thru The Same Exact Issues As You Then I Let Windows Can The Device Then Put The 2 Files On There And Then Went To The Truck And Installed Custom Tune. I Did Have To Click Yes To Reinstall The Ecm Tune Them After That The Tcm Tune Popped Up Try That.

I did that too, didn't work. Every time I plug it into the computer it says that stuff about scanning the drive anyway.

Thanks Mike it worked. Be sure to install the file to your computer hard drive in documents. Drag and drop into I2 and not tunes folder. Did run windows scan and when plugged into truck it actually ran an update first. Had to load ecm custom tune again :drivingbad: and then the tcm file popped up. The tranny tune took affect immediately it shifts out later and no more short shifts I love it.

Hey guys, so I think Im in the same boat as IrishNation. 2015 Silverado that's not allowing me to install custom TCM tune. I've done everything as listed in the thread several times to no avail. I just got off the phone with Diablo & they told me to post my Info file and Mike should be taking a look and working with us to resolve the issue.

Mike, my Info file is attached. Hope we can get this resolved asap!
