I've been running your 93 tune you posted for me for a few weeks now with no problems...thanks! Might be looking into a custom tune when this issue gets more sorted out. Here's a 0-80 video.

Just so ya' know,
when I tried to switch from a 91 canned tune straight to a 87 canned tune , was good for 1 key cycle , then the wrench came up and I had nothing.
I guess you have to restore the stock tune before going to another tune,
all good now.

Dead pedal has NOT been fixed.

Called technical support yesterday & got new registration file. Updated intune online.

Loaded 87 tune with no changes....instant dead pedal....back to stock.

yes it is fixed... i just checked your info xml you are not up to date. your actually several revisions back. i suspect you are not updating the tool correctly. or might have something to do with your tool issues earlier. plug tool into your computer. when it connects open the updater software. and make sure you are clicking the "check for updates" tab at the top. then click check now. it will download everything off the server. MAKE SURE you just let the tool sit and leave it plugged in. even if you dont see the tool doing anything, it is. its not truly done until the intune drive pops back up again. it can take up to an hour depending on how back dated the tool is.

you should have 1R02E
what you have is 1T02EA <--- tester 3 revisions ago.

that should get you fixed up :)

After all of the work you have done on the 2015 3.5 ecco, does the wheel size calibration work yet?

no unfortunately not yet. the axle and tire size is not stored in the pcm on these so that is our issue. we need to find away to get into the other modules to gain access to those parameters.

Custom tunes were great. Just got up and working with the new canned tunes... Works great, thanks guys. I know it was not an easy or straight forward task.

This isn't a dead pedal related question, however you guys seem to be well informed on the ecoboost engines.

Any suggestions for a cool/cold air intake, y pipe or exhaust system for a 2015. Have heard a lot but would like a few first hand/real world suggestions/experiences.

Thanks in advance...
