2016 GMC Sierra 5.3L (no throttle after tune)

Hey guys just got the Diablo i2 for my 2016 GMC Sierra 5.3L 8speed. When I install any of the preloaded tunes like the 93 octane tune it takes the tune and while in Neutral you can push gas pedal and get throttle but will not take any throttle in Reverse or any of the the Drive gears? I tried over and over using the 87 octane tune on up to the 93 octane tune. Same problem. Only success I had was to just modify the stock tune which sucks.. I want the complete benefit of this tuner.

it sounds like you are using the easy tune menu to disable the speed limiter, please use the advanced menu to make the adjustment and it will work fine.

So I cant load one of the preloaded tunes like the 87 octane tune or the 93 octane tune? Because when I just load that tune and change nothing else it does the same thing. It takes the tune and when I crank the truck up and im in park I can rev the engine (throttle works) but when I put it in any gear the throttle does nothing.

Ok Ive spent over a hour doing this to make sure im covering everything.

I restored my stock tune. Throttle works
I hook up tuner fallow its easy commands.
It does ask to read TCM and fails to do so every time.
I have loaded every easy tune and every advanced tune. Not changing anything.. Just loading any and every preset tune on this device. Still it takes the tune every time BUT it does not allow my throttle to work in reverse or in any drive gears. It will let me rev the throttle in Park though. Very odd to me.

and when installing a tune, you need to skip any TCM/unsupported controller stuff.. the 8 speed tranny is not supported, so can't tune the tranny.. so that may be causing an issue as well.. so make sure you skip/cancel any TCM controller read when it tries to..

I have skipped that every time except once when it was apparent it wouldnt do it. I just loaded a tune again and data logged it.. That is what your asking me to do? Correct? Well now I cant get this device to communicate with my computer to get you a file. Looking threw all 8 pages of your instructions there is no if little explanation on how to get you a file as you ask for it. So Please exlain to me how I get you what you need. I do appreciate the support and help.. Its just very odd how this allows me to throttle in park but not in any gears.

I think I attached it.. The driver didnt work anymore on my PC so had to reload the software on my laptop

Here is a data log that shows me in park throttling the rpm and you can see when im in drive gears that it just idles and doesnt see throttle percentages.

can you please post the backup file as well?

You got it Mike... This is the back up.. When reloaded throttle works as stock. Keep this file it may help you guys.
Is the back up tune file for a 2016 GMC Sierra 5.3L 8 speed 4x4 SLT.
