unit frozen...key still on
I need help right now...was putiing my backup on the car as I have an appointment at the dealer in the morning...after the 2nd cycle of loading the backup back into the car the screen went blank...it still has the headings, but nothing else...the key is in the ON position...I am afraid to do anything...H E L P

unplugged unit...started from scratch...worked like a charm
