You got it Mike... This is the back up.. When reloaded throttle works as stock. Keep this file it may help you guys.
Is the back up tune file for a 2016 GMC Sierra 5.3L 8 speed 4x4 SLT.

save this to the i2 drive, and then the tool will import it then load the custom tune ot the truck and it will run properly.

yeas, you can edit that, just avoid the throttle boost for now while we fix this

Ok Ive spent over a hour doing this to make sure im covering everything.

I restored my stock tune. Throttle works
I hook up tuner fallow its easy commands.
It does ask to read TCM and fails to do so every time.
I have loaded every easy tune and every advanced tune. Not changing anything.. Just loading any and every preset tune on this device. Still it takes the tune every time BUT it does not allow my throttle to work in reverse or in any drive gears. It will let me rev the throttle in Park though. Very odd to me.

I'm having the same issue. I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500

if you load the tune then post the backup and last tune written files from the intune drive I will make you a custom tune that will work for now.

I too have a 2016 Silverado with the 5.3 and loaded the 91 octane tune, after doing so there was no throttle in reverse or drive. Attached are the original and tune I tried to load. I also would like to remove the speed limiter and disable the AFM with this same tune if possible.

Great thank you, I'm going to test it right now. Does the new file go inside of the tunes folder for that vehicle or just in the root directory of the Intune?

Hello Mike - I just uploaded a stock tune with my i2, but I'm experiencing the same problem. I received my i2 yesterday and tried to program my 2016 GMC Sierra SLT 5.3L engine. When in park it revs, but when I'm in reverse or in gear no revs and/or power to the transmission.

Should I go through the customer settings to configure to help overcome this problem. I say you stated that an update with me there for the i2, but i guess you guys did not update anything..
