2007 silverado recovery mode.

I just tried to tune my truck after I restored it to stock about a month ago. It failed to load the 87 octane tune and when I tried to restore back to the stock tune it tells me it in recovery mode. How do I get this issue fixed?

it should go through and finish in recovery...have you added any electronics to the truck since it was last tuned?
stereo, etc?

no i havnt added any electronics. it will not finish the tune in recovery mode

i emailed tech support and they told me to send the info file which i did but i have not heard anything back yet

when i connected the tuner to the truck i made sure that doors and windows were closed, the radio was off and anything aftermarket was unplugged(phone charger) everything seemed as usual and fine when i went to tune it. i changed speed limiter settings (which may be a problem with it) and i changed torque management settings and rev limiter for shift points. once i started the process to load the tune, an alert came up on my dash in the truck saying "ENGINE POWER REDUCED" and the tuner said it could not load the tune. i tried going back to restore the factory settings it says it cant do that either. The truck will not start either. im at a loss, i emailed the info file like i was asked to and hours later i have not heard anything from anyone
