calibration id is different

got an 08 ram 1500 hemi using the u7137 predator, took it to the dealer to get a reflash come to find out had a cortex on the truck so had it taken off, now trying to use the predator it says I need an update the calibration on last tune written is 05094504AH on troubleshooting its 05094504AO try to update it on laptop and get an " original backup warning" what do I do next?

you should have restored before you had the dealer flash it

Fax or email proof of the dealer flash to us then call with the tool powered up so we can reset it then you can start from scratch.

But it shows that the truck has a tune freedom tune + quick adjust

So sent you guys the reflash for my truck called and was able to reset the tuner installed a custom tune, now was gonna take the truck back to stock and it gives me the same thing calibration (number) is not supported i have to downgrade but i already did all that now what?

do the cal update then you can reload the tunes.

When my pc reads the tool it doesnt give me calibration update page it goes straight to " update tool page send file to tool ect., the calibration was already updated after i had the tool reset now its doing the same thing wen i try go back to stock or install another tune

Nunez, did you ever find a solution to this problem you are having? I have an identical truck with this exact problem and the exact Calibration ID as well. The only difference is my Calid changed (somehow?) while the truck was tuned.

I never did and stoped messing with it, a little dissapointed, for some reason wen i install the custom tune it changes, i was using the predator now having the same issues with the intune
