Trouble with I2, can't log any data. Odd performance.

I've tried the 93 and 91 octane tune on my 03 PT GT. They both add a TON on power but only at above 4k rpm. The power seems stock until exactly 4000 rpm, then it's like flipping a switch and BOOOM, it goes like hell even at part throttle. I tried data logging and it can't seem to connect for some reason. I tried to data log my wife's car and same thing, doesn't seem to do anything at all, just a blank screen. when I hit record.
Any ideas??

I put the stock tune back in, tried to update the i2 but there were no updates. Reinstalled 91 octane tune, then tried logging again after I reset factory pid's. Still no luck, no info is displayed when I hit record.
