'14 Dodge Charger Vehicle Not Supported

Post by kburntrt »

I just took my Charger into the dealership for a recall without returning it to stock tune and there happened to be a new tcm flash update for it too. The dealership flashed the tcm (everything runs fine, it just feels like its back to stock) so now i'm trying to load my tune back on but I keep getting the vehicle not supported pop up. What can I do?

well, you seem to have answered your own question...always return to stock for any dealer visits, especially a recall for reprogramming ;)

Please fax or email proof of the dealer service to us then call with the tool powered up and we can reset it for you.

Thanks

Yea I realized that after. I just emailed in a picture of the service sheet from the dealership with the service request form.
