2015 GMC sierra 6.2 Original Backup NOT SAVED (-11)

Hi all,


I have the Trinity T1000

In my 2015 GMC sierra 1500 6.2 stock >>

my problem is that when I try to save my original tune I get

Original Backup NOT SAVED (-11)

More info: TCM: error seed/key (-1)

Trinity was unable to save your original tune after 2 attempts. This can happen if the vehicle already has a performance tune

Not tuning vehicle because of backup (4)

you need to skip any and all TCM/unsupported controller reading.. the 8 speed tranny is not supported in that truck.. so can not tune nor read/save the tcm file..

you can only tune the ecm/engine..

so when it asks you anything about the tcm or an "unsupported controller", you need to select NO / skip...

Im also running into this problem. It does not give a next/skip option, just continue and more info. Either way it says it's gonna make a second attempt. Then ultimately stops the program. Getting frustrating. How about that update for the 8speed TCM upgrade? Lol

options/change transmission type and select manual, and it will ignore the TCM.

So switching to manual worked, thanks. Been running it since but now I'm back to wondering, when will the 8 speed come out? I can feel the motor wants to run but the tranny is lagging between shifts.

I have a 2015 silverado 6.2 updated the trinity after the first tune says the back up is corrupted (4). Wont let me reset the tuner to reupdate it need a little help.
