this update for my trinity wont work. I click it under the downloads and it says its not found and ? is there going to be a new one for it? I try plugging my trinity into my car and still says I have to update it, just wondering what the problem is.

I had my trinity plugged into the computer, let it do its thing. now when I plug in my trinity into my computer it comes up with this. and I click continue and it brings me to the main screen.

I think the latest round of updates did something, I'm getting that message as well on my 2012 Ram 1500. I'm putting the 1r13 crom back on to see if that fixes it.

The 1r13 mega crom works, the H has bugs and who knows what their time frame is on fixing it. The mega crom should work just fine for you

nevermind lol I re-downloaded the 1r13 mega crom file and installed it on my trinity and now it works on my car. thanks man. the H still doesn't work though for some reason.

I have a 06 ram 1500 and was trying to do the update and it won't let me says I have a custom tune installed on my truck but I don't. I updated it to the newest software for it and it won't let download a new software because it says I need to restore a factory tune. There is no tune on my truck. The programmer won't even let my truck start now. Everything was working fine until the new DCx gas update was installed. Is there a way y'all can reset the tool? Or force it to get the right software update installed?

For your 06 ram, DO NOT USE the 1r13h crom file, it is bugged to high hell, redownload the 1r13 mega crom and use it instead. With that one you should be golden

Yes I see that now, problem is my programmer is now telling me it's not licensed for my vehicle. It won't let me do anything, I will
Contact one of the techs on Monday for a reset. My programmer has always been on my truck and only mine. It wouldn't do a restore on factory either. That update just messed up everything.

Try resetting your pcm, disconnect your battery, wait 5-10 minutes, hook it back up. Make sure you have the mega crom loaded on the tuner. Then try again selecting all the info and shit. If your tuner still will not read the pcm, i would call them fools in the early morning. Eliminate all possible leads yourself so that way when you call, you yourself know for sure that their current update of 1r13h fucked your tuner. Its at that point they will ask either for you to call with the unit powered up and go through it then, or the good ol' favorite of send us your tuner at a cost to YOU. Thats why i got rid of mine, no quality control on the product output, bugged updates across the board not just the DCX croms. And do not let the , "we are investigating it" excuse persuade you.

If its the tuner and they cant do shit over the phone youll be out more money for shipping the thing back to them...there enlies the problem..you soend 600+ bucks abd they still want to bend you over a barrel cause of their fucked update. Be prepared... seems to be a list andits growing

Yes, went with HP Tuners, cause DS failed toput TCM tuning back in for the 05s, and i downgraded all the way to the 1r10 crom . Got the we need a vehicle to bring it back, and Click line was dead. The problem lies in they know about bigged updates, do little to nothing to rectify the situation and your left with a 600$ paperweight that cant even fucking tune a geo metro. I dug as far back as 2012 and they knew about the bug and DS support common excuse is we will investigate. With no damn results. They are still cranking out bugged updates that will even keep a hellcat from starting. So if they cant seem to get shit right for a new car, and they cant take care of their current customers. That enlightened me to contact holley performance and other options. There are better options with better tech support for damn sure.
