"Vehicle not supported"??

Post by shawngoodson »

Purchased new i2, followed quickstart guide. Used windows pc to update, then attempted to mate it to my Jeep (08, 6.1, Cherokee).
Got an error that its not supported and to update??But I already updated it.
What should I do?

I had the same thing with my 300. The PCM was reflashed by the previous owner. I had to bring the unit back to my pc and perform another update. Then when hooked to the OBDII port the second time it said there was a calibration available. This was the stock cal to be dumped back in and set the PCM to factory stock before performing any tuning. Once I did that everything was fine.

I just had the same issue. However when I went to load a tune the i2 said my vehicle was not supported a second time. When I open the updater it says no update available...
