Advice?

I am unsure why Diablo will not let us talk lounge talk here if it is called the lounge. I look for advice from others however when i do, my subject is deleted. Diablo needs to understand customer satisfaction is necessary and not customer ignorance. Share your thoughts publicly and straighten out the issues. Don't just hang up and cut people off. Thats unprofessional and i would expect much more from Diablo instead the behavior of its moderators is avoidance and not discussion. I look to share my issues to find a happy resolution for them. If it looks tough you delete my statement. Lets get it straight. Diablo makes so much money now i have become the little guy and no longer matter anymore. i see how it is. Everyone else needs to realize the same for them. I try to communicate and every avenue gets cut off. Make it right with me. Prove to me and the others that i am wrong and give me a reason to say so. That is how Diablo should respond.
