Intune I1000 need unlock!!!! Tech won't answer phones!!

I'm needing a Intune unlocked I have the I-1000 version but have call the tech guy for a week straight no answer. Seeing if anyone here can help. Thanks in advanced.

I was worried that the unlock wasn't available anymore for the Intune I-1000
