tow tune question

I have just purchased the i2020 for my '16 f150 xlt 3.5 ecoboost. when I connected the tuner to my truck I saw that when I choose easy tune an option comes up for diablosport tow tune but when I chose that it said it was writing code for 93 octane tune. Is the Tow tune only for 93? what would happen if I'm still ruinning 83 octane? and also a few things weren't working. the truck wasn't registering when I connected a trailer and also my in dash digital pressure gauge wasn't reading psi. I did restore the backup and was still having the issues until I disconnected the battery and drove around for a while. now everything seems to be back to normal but just want some help. I am going on a cross country trip with my 29' TT in a week and would love to have everything working as it should. Please help. thanks
