Removing my tuner and my driving light don't work

My 2012 Jeep JKU came stock with the driving lights and when I remove the tuner they no longer work? Anyone have any ideas?

use the option to enable them under quick adjust.

I tried that and then the tuner is locked to the jeep.

Had to take into the dealer today and have them turn the lights back on. :crashing:
