New to forum and intune Help!

Hey guys new the forum just got intune today, ready to start playing. I got online and registered my unit but haven't heard anything for 5 hours, I can't get the tuner updated it won't go past "Verifying" please wait after running the update application. How long does it take to get something registered? I'm finding it hard to believe I can't do anything until this is registered and/or it takes a company as large as DiabloSport more than 5 minutes to register a product online? What am I missing guys?

2016 Silverado Z71, Volant CAI, Borla ATAK CatBack, Waiting on BillStein Shocks to upgrade wheels and tires.
