2013 f150 eco cal kgcv2c6

When I plug tool in to DSdownload it says my vehicle needs a calibration upgrade. But, when I try to run the calibration tool, I get kgcv2c6.cal on 1r13n not supported on server. So what can I do? I emailed support 48 hours ago and have not received a reply, I tried calling told me I would be on hold 40mins.

we are having a server issue and this should be resolved tomorrow, sorry for the delay.

Well, I tried it again today and still getting same message.

sorry for the delay, update the tool with this crom file then start over and it will work.
