errors and errors

I down loaded all the necessary files to update my t1000. It says im not connected to the internet [ which i am ]
Help.

NO Firewalls are running
I try to update the D S Downloader.. it loads the file and these 2 errors come up:

Was able to get tuner updated but now im not able to backup original tune?? Where are some pics of the screens:
This a 2013 Ram 5.7 with just some exhaust from previous owner.

can you give us a call later this morning with the tool powered up so we can try forcing a calibration update to the vehicle?

Thank you for all your help. I am a little confused though. I was able to update it with the calibration. It just for some reason won't save the original tune so I can install the Diablo tune. Anyone in particular I should ask for as I have never called y'all before?

Boy do I feel like an idiot. Called support and apparently with these push button Vehicles you have to push the start button twice without your foot on the brake in order to get the vehicle in the "on" mode.
Updating vehicle now.


Everything went fine with the install with the exception I was not able to enter my tire size. It kept saying could not read PCM. So just skip that step and install tune fine. Any reason I was not able to enter the factory tire specs?
