skip shift still active after tune installed

Post by deersmoker58 »

I have loaded the 93 tune on my 2010 SRT Challenger M6, however the Skip Shift is still active and blocks the shifts.

can you post the tunes from the tunes folder on your i2 drive?
Does the light just come on or is it physically locking you out of 2nd at low speeds?

It physically locks out 2nd & 3rd and also shows on the EVIC

I have attached the 2 files contained on the I2. There is only the backup and the last loaded.

Should there only be those 2 tunes in the folder??

not in a folder, simply place it in the root of the drive, next to the folders.

I bought an attachment from the internet that blocks the signal to the transmission. You unplug the connection from the tranny, plug the signal blocker in then the connector back into the blocker. Put it on mine 5 years ago and no problems. Light will still come on doesn't prevent the shifting.

Sorry about resurrecting an old thread, same issue on my 2014 Challenger R/T. I have updated my I2, tried the Diablo and 91 octane tunes, still get skip shift. Can I use the .drg file was posted a while back, Mike?
