Intune I-1000 won't update!

Tried updated my Intune to put on my "new" 2014 Silverado and I'm not having any luck! When I plug it into my PC the auto update doesn't work. I can run the update manually and at first it said updates were installed and to wait for the Intune to do its thing. I tried it again and it says failure. This is the firmware screen..

save this ot the intune drive and let it import the file, then run the updater again and it will work properly.

Got it to take that file and all the files below it say "OK" now. The GM file is 1r02t. Is that correct?
