intune freezes up

Can someone help. 2015 Chevy Cruze 1.4l LTZ Whenever I try to tune it now it freezes and won't do anything. Please help. it always freezes once the intune says to turn the key and the tuner starts to load, but always ends up just hanging forever.

I guess so. Pretty frustrating! Im not sure what the cause of the errors are.

does it freeze on the spinner?

yes sir. Always on the spinner. just after your prompted to turn the ignition key to 'on' but don't start the vehicle. so frusterating...

Shit I entered too many bad passwords, so when i finally got it entered correctly. The password was wrong...
