2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 motor surging

Hello,
I went in and turned the MDS off it now runs and sounds like a V8.
But now cruising around 30-40 mph there is a noticeable surge.

My Jeep has the 5.7 motor, Corsa cat back exhaust, with stock airbox with K&N air filter.
any answers?

have you adjusted the throttle boost?

No Sir, How does one go about that and about how much boost should it be adjusted to ?

I adjusted the throttle boost to 10 percent still no good.
I got tired messing with it so I downloaded the 91 octane
really didn't want to do this but what the heck !!
The programmer has already paid for it's self with the 87 octane
price of gas.
So I will try this for awhile and see how I like it.

my thought was that maybe adding throttle boost lead to the surge, but I have not seen this reported from anyone else.
