How do I unmarry tuner so I can use it on my other truck?

tune vehicle/restore vehicle, let it write the backup then its unlocked.

Ok if it's still married it won't even begin to try and read the pcm for a new backup on another vehicle correct?

Was told by guy that it would sit on that screen for over an hour and not do anything else so he believes it is still married to my truck

I no longer have the tuner I sold it and the buyer is saying he has to buy a new license BC he says it is still married to my truck I just didn't think it would even get to that screen if it was still married to my truck.

have him pull the original file and the last written. I can pull the vin from it.
