Trinity blank screen wont boot

I posted this under general trinity a month ago and havnt gotten a response yet so thought I would try it in here....

When I plug in my trinity the lights light up real slow then blank screen. I read in another post to try and hold the left arrow while booting up and that did not work. I tried holding the right key while booting up and that got me to the point where I would select a vehical. I selected my vehical then the diablo would just reboot. Could uplaod a Crom. Tried to click on update tool instead of picking a vehical and it wouldnt let me do that becouse it is married to my jeep. Any ideas? thanks

only the left button will get you to the vehicle selection menu, maybe you were holding it upside down?
Repeat that and when it boots to vehicle selection open dsdownloader and let it connect ot the device and it should update it then work from there.

Finally got around to calling Diablo tech support today. The wait on the phone was less then 5 minutes and the tech support was amazing. Took over 30 minutes between fixing the tunner and forcing a stock tune back into my Jeep and the tech stuck with me the whole time. Big thumbs up on customer service.
