I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 5.3 ... I was looking for the throttle boost setting on the programming but can't seem to find it in the settings.. .. is this feature not supported in my year of truck?

no.. throttle boost is only on 2014 and newer.. different ecm's, different programming..

it should be better with just the tunes.
